3. CO/NXX Workshop Code Denial
SPs establishing new switches in a rate center require an LRN to meet the FCC’s LNP mandate.
SPs are being denied codes for LRN purposes because they fail to meet the FCC’s MTE and utilization requirements for growth codes at the rate center level.
INC guidelines were amended to direct appeals to the appropriate regulatory authority.

555 Reclamation Process
INC determined it is not the appropriate body to direct NANPA to reclaim 555 line number assignments.
In order to document the process, INC seeks information from the NANC as to who is the appropriate authority that should direct the NANPA to reclaim 555 line number assignments.
