Used to is used :
To express a past action that no longer happens or to express a discontinued habit.
Ex. When he was a child he used to play marbles.
(He doesn’t do it any longer.)
Ex. When she was a child she used to play with dolls.
(She doesn’t do it any longer.)

7. Form : Affirmative Used + to + infinitive
Used to is the same in all persons.

9. Form: Question The question form is not often used.

Yes, I did. / No, I didn't.
We ask a question in the past simple and reply using used to.
Ex. Where did you go on holiday when you were young?
We used to go camping in France.
