Strains detected in the present study are marked with solid circles. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining method and with the bootstrapping of 1000 pseudoreplicates in MEGA software, version Bootstrap values >50% are indicated at the branch nodes. The distances were corrected using the Tamura Nei model, and the distance scale is reported as substitutions per site.
