Images can be described in many ways but the more most important are: Location Orientation Size Type

3 Location Images can be Closer to the mirror than they really are
Further from the mirror than they really are The same distance from the mirror as the original object

4 Location mirror Original object closer same as further

5 Orientation Images can be:
Upright compared to the original image (think “same as”) Inverted compared to the original image (think “upside down”)

6 Orientation original image upright mirror inverted

7 Size Images can be: Smaller than the original image
Larger than the original image The same size as the original image

8 Size mirror larger original image same as smaller

9 Type Images can be: Real (can be seen on a surface such as a screen)
Virtual (the image does not exist in the real world, only in your brain which is fooled into thinking it exists)
