9. The Gospel Must Be Obeyed!
(2 Thessalonians 1:7-9)

10. Serious Warnings to Christians!
(Galatians 1:6-12)
I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed…

11. “There couldn’t possibly be just one way.”
Some Observations
Any deviations from the one gospel is a different gospel.
Different gospels exist today just as they did then
Even good, well-intentioned people, believers or churches may teach or follow a different gospel!
Different gospels can be taught by people with good morals, deep convictions, great knowledge, high education, people of great influence (i.e. angels, apostles)
It is the responsibility of each and every Christian to discern between the one true gospel and different gospels.

12. Being Religious Will Not Help
(Matthew 7:22-23) "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

13. Tutor = Teacher = Schoolmaster
(Galatians 3:24)
Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
(Romans 15:4) For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
(1 Corinthians 10:11) Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
