Pathologic examination revealed a clear cell tumor that consisted of (A) (magnification ×100, stain hematoxylin-eosin) rounded and oval cells with abundant clear cytoplasm, (B) (magnification ×200, stain hematoxylin-eosin) distinct cells borders, and (C) (magnification ×400, stain hematoxylin-eosin) cytoplasm rich in glycogen granules positive for periodic acid-Schiff. (D) (magnification ×400, stain hematoxylin-eosin). Many of the tumor cells had positive immunoreactivity for human melanoma black-45.
