Priority of installation provided through the :”installation Guidance” established in September 2019 through annoted PID PID is a key tool to : Setting installation priority and communicate. Ensuring a safe installation acceptance (Pressure test network) Ensuring a safe anticipated commissioning of subsystem by ensuring proper isolation are in place and that sensors are well positioned…

6 GFP List Update A revised GFP list was provided on August 17th (PCO 004.1) KSI issued a new schedule showing the impact on completion of each performance period. This scheduled has been incorporated in BCR CS-113 and baseline P6 Further Delays tracking SLAC provides update to the GC weekly, at the OAC meeting. The GC integrates the deliveries status and distribute it part of the OAC minutes of meeting LCLS-II Collab. Meeting, May 25th,2018

The GC has developed a full detailed P6 schedule >1000 activities Occupancy A March 29th Completion A May 20th SLAC P6 contains the 66 lines that composed the Schedule of Values

The GC has developed and maintained a detailed P6 schedules shared with SLAC and JLAB. Different views are provided : High Level Milestone Forecast Full Schedule Forecast 8Weeks look ahead (updated weekly) Owner Critical Path A Owner Critical Path B Owner Critical Path C Owner Critical Path C1 Owner Critical Path C2 Owner Critical Path D Owner Critical Path Project High Level milestone (dated from Nov 9th)

10 CP. GC – Main Milestones Each performance period A / B / C and D are not well indicated into P6. It would be easier to simply add a clear milestone for each performance Period that would allow a simple link with Jlab commissioning activities  to be done Certificate of occupancy (acc to GFP as per Nov 9th) Performance A March : Start Purification Owner Critical Path B July 17th : Start 4K Owner Critical Path C Nov 7th : Start 2K Owner Critical Path D Dec 4th : C1 & C2 Completed (start C2) Certificate of occupancy is not the completion milestone ! Recent delays (Purifier, LN2 Tank, LCB, Analyzers, Gauge Panel, vaporizers) and ongoing resolution (tubing not part of the work planned) are not yet captured. COMPLETION PHASE A MOST LIKELY TO BE JUNE 2018
