Sponsor Ballot started 7 April and was to end 8 May. It actually closed on 30 May.
Return rate didn’t meeting IEEE SA requirements. 61% of necessary 75% received by May meeting. Closed when 75% was achieved.
377 Comments were received and approximately 150 were resolved during May meeting. The remainder were resolved in July.
The final tally was 91 yes/16 neg or 85% affirmative on Sponsor Ballot. 109 votes = 91% affirmative
