Sponsor ballot recirculation 4 completed with draft version 12 Ballot Summary Closing date: Results were 107 affirmation votes and 5 negative votes with comments. 95% Stats on pool- Met the 75% returned ballot requirement 161 eligible people in this ballot group, During the January meeting, 35 ballot comments were resolved There were 8 new technical comments Currently there are 4 outstanding No votes with one turned from no to yes during the comment resolution. Jan 2005 Sponsor ballot history Sponsor Ballot started 7 April and was to end 8 May. It actually closed on 30 May. Return rate didn’t meeting IEEE SA requirements. 61% of necessary 75% received by May meeting. Closed when 75% was achieved. 377 Comments were received and approximately 150 were resolved during May meeting. The remainder were resolved in July. The final tally was 91 yes/16 neg or 85% affirmative on Sponsor Ballot. 109 votes = 91% affirmative Sponsor ballot 1st recirculation Statistics: 161 members in pool, 121 received (75%); 95 yes/14no; conversions 3 from no to yes, 1 from yes to no; 181 comments (123 technical) Jay Bain, Fearn Consulting
