3 Current Quorum Requirements
“A quorum for meetings shall be a simple majority of Governing Body members and at least one voting representative from half of the WECC Member Classes (or more) that have three or more designated DS members.” 6 of 11 Governing Body members and 2 of classes 1-3 represented (classes 4 and 5 do not have more than 3 members on DS). SDS Recommendation “A quorum for meetings shall be a third of committee members and a third of the sitting governing body members, representing at least three of the WECC Member Classes.” 15 of 45 DS members, 4 of 11 Governing Body members and 3 member classes represented (regardless of quantity of members in that class).
