1. HEK-293 cells were transfected with HA-DKFZp761B107 and the corresponding empty vector (control) for westernblotting. Membranes were incubated with preserum, serum (anti-DKFZ 761B107 # 9094, from rabbits inoculated with the peptide sequence MANQLRERHQSLKKC) and serum plus peptide (MANQLRERHQSLKKC) to check the specificity of the antibody generated in rabbit. The red arrow indicates the position of DKFZp761B107 at the expected size of 30 kDa.

2. HEK-293 cells were co-transfected with GFP-atlastin-1, HA-DKFZp761B107 and the corresponding empty vectors (control) for co-immunoprecipitation assays. GFP-atlastin-1and HA-DKFZ761B107 were immunoprecipitated with anti-GFP and anti-DKFZ 761B107 # 9094 antibodies respectively.
