Quality assurance - wisdom of the crowds only works if the crowd is big enough
ICT-didactic skills of teachers - varies enormously between teachers

Too little obligation; depending too much on voluntary participation
Difference between educational sectors - digitized materials, adaption, look&feel
Resistance to change ‘human factor’

Address every level; not only teachers but also policy makers, school managers, teachers and others
System for quality assurance from the start
Make participating less voluntarily
Recognition of participation
Hands-on support for teachers, & start at teacher’s schools
Give it time to grow / allow people to adapt
