9. Economic Upgrades
ICT will identify potential economic upgrades based on: frequent TLR’s, frequently constrained flowgates, WPP results, RMR’s, etc.
Preliminary Analysis will be posted.
ICT will provide an estimate of potential benefits: increased MW flow, reduction in congestion, cost savings, etc.
Customers may request a study of a specific upgrade, including a Facility Study.

10. Economic Upgrades Customers may fund upgrades at their discretion.
Any new dispatch made possible by an upgrade will be reflected in models.
