All all versions of Windows 10 OS comes with .net framework– Hence we may not required to install .Net framework for Desktops with Windows 10 OS
(2) Before installing BAS in the identified Desktop system – Please ensure / install
.NET Framework version 4.5
(3) To ensure – whethere .NET Framework installed or not. You may go to CONTROL-Panel and select the option UNINSTALL PROGRAM. This will lists all the soft-wares installed in the system from the list you can ensure that whether the required .net framework already installed or not (If not installed download the .NET framework from internet and install)

3. Verify .NET installed / not (Through Control Panel)

4. Install .Net Framework 4.5
