5 What is b.trained? b.trained is a tool that allows you:
To view the b.air training offer. (For the moment, Ground Operations, HR and Maintenance & Engineering courses) To subscribe to training courses (with an automate registration process) To manage your teams course requests. To subscribe non-b.air employees. (Such as handling partners that need to follow a b.air training course) b.trained?

Step 1/3: Request sent by Employee X to his/her Line Manager Y Step 2/3: Line Manager Y accepts () or refuses () the request  or  Request sent to Training Organiser Step 3/3: Training Organiser accepts or refuses the training request. b.trained?

11 Course registration To browse the catalogue and subscribe to a session, click on the ‘Training catalogue & subscription’ button. Subscribe

6 Courses available under the category ‘Soft Skills courses’ Course Catalogue To view the 6 courses under ‘Skill Soft Courses’, click on the ‘+’ sign to expand the tree structure Subscribe

When one of your Team members makes a request, you will get notified by . (an automatic sent every day at 16.00) Manage

 To Manage your requests, on b.trained, login as Line Manager (use your ‘a’ login and your password). Manage

When logged in as a Manager you see the requests that are still pending.

You can approve or refuse requests by clicking on the respective icons. Manage

When you approve a request, the request is sent to the Training Department for final approval. When requests have received final approval, they will be listed under the subscriptions Manage

25 Register non-b.air employees (Line Managers)

b.trained allows you, as a Line Manager to register non b.air employees (such as for example, employees of our handling partner that would need a b.air course) To do so: Login as a Line Manager (use your ‘a’ login and password) a05184 

Then, click on the ‘subscription’ button Reg. non ‘b’

In subscriptions, click on ‘add manual subscription’ Reg. non ‘b’

Select the course For Training Departments: Subscribe a b.air employee (with the ‘a’ login) Subscribe a non b.air employee by introducing his / her details Optional will send extra confirmations Reg. non ‘b’

On b.trained, click on the ‘E-learning Platform’ button to access your e-learning area. E-learning

Login on the left hand side with your ‘a’ account and password.  E-learning

Your courses are displayed in the centre of the screen. Click on the course title to start the module. E-learning
