Soda peeling machine for laboratories , suitable for treatment of small quantities of apples, tomatoes, peaches and other vegetables to be peeled physical/chemical process. This process is required to demonstrate the peeling of small quantities of fruit and vegetables under hygienic conditions for further processing and preservation in tins.
Soda peeling unit to peel , heat and cooling fruit and vegetables composed by n°2 stainless steel bath , each with a volume of 100 litres. The first bath will have a heating system to permit the soda peeling and the blanching operation, the second will be used only for cooling purposes and rinsing.
Each bath tank will have a stainless steel basket in perforated steel of 3 mm . the part in contract with the product will be manufactured in stainless steel aisi 316; each part will have a cover . The system to heat the water is manufactured with two stainless steel electrical resistances of 4,5 Kw each. The bath temperature is controlled by an electronic instruments and a temperature probe, which switch on and /off the electrical resistance in order to set and keep a temperature. The cooling of the second bath is made a manual valve place on the water inlet entrance. All the two bath will a thermometer to indicate the temperature. System to drain the water from the bottom. The unit twill be provided by a control panel from which will be possible to set the temperature and the time of the operation
