Santa Clara County, Sunnyvale Benner Plaza: (TOD, Urban Center) scored 3 on both bins with 4,516 MT CO2 reduced and $9.6m AHSC funds. Final score 62.5%

There are three sites in San Mateo county, two are MidPen sites with transit passes. We also completed a report with MidPen, SamTrans and Enterprise in 2015 on best practices for managing a residential transit pass program. Let me know if you would like more info.
