Panel 1: Aid targets and donor support This session will review the key challenges for financing the agricultural sector and the major assistance mechanisms at global and EU level in support of the agricultural sector in ACP countries and the achievements realized so far.

Panel 2:Beyond Aid: new financing mechanisms This panel will explore the potential for new or improved financing sources as well as the opportunity for new innovative sources of financing the agricultural sector.
