5. Recommendation:
Australia recommends that one of the following options is applied to S-4:
Remove the statement “Abbreviations should only be used if space is limited.” from S-4 – B
2. Amend the statement at B to read similar to:
Abbreviations should be used as appropriate (see B-122.1), however the full word may be used to add additional emphasis to the feature if considered necessary.
NOTE: Changes will also be required to the water tower example in the graphic at B-340.3, and similarly at INT1 – E2.

6. Action Required of NCWG:
Discuss the paper.
Approve one of the changes to S-4 as included in the Recommendations above, and apply consequential change to INT1.

7. Outcomes from HSSC6 affecting the CSPCWG/NCWG: Action HSSC6/25:
NIPWG to stand up a project team to develop the portrayal of data quality categories in collaboration with S-100WG and NCWG.
Further discussions required with NIPWG, S-100WG and possible DQWG?
