Criteria for degrees of readiness
Degree of technical readiness is based on compilation of FISIM allocation by components required by the Regulation Internal and External reference rates Allocation to user sectors Calculation of export and import by the required breakdown Calculation of intermediate & final consumption of HH sector Although calculation of FISIM at constant prices and allocation among industries is required by the Regulation, these components were not used as criteria for assessing the technical readiness.
