3. Change keyword for Origin
Keywords for origin will be changed to:
Coromant Sweden = Gimo
Valenite USA = Westminister
All current complaints will be updated and not affected.

4. New attachment functionality
You will now be able to attach several attachments under the Complaint info tab
Click browse and choose file
Click Open
Click Save
To remove an attachment:
Select attachment(s) with the checkboxes
Click Remove attachment

5. Possibility to empty radio button fields
You are now able to deselect all selected radio button fields

6. Batch number search (Grade + Blend)
You can now search for powder batch number by using the advanced search.
To search for a batch number, enter grade + blend in the Batch number field and select complaint type Powder. Grade = 351 and Blend 749 =
To search for grade only: 351*
To search for blend only: *749

7. New investigation status
You are now able to set a complaint in status investigated.
Under tab 2. Investigation
Select a result of investigation
Click Investigated
Click Save & Close
Under the view ”Origin Powder > by Status” the complaint is categorized under ”Investigated”

8. Select Credit and Repurchase
You are now able to select both Credit and Repurchase
