FOOD RATIONING (Lead Agency : MTI) You will receive a registration notice Bring this notice along with your family documents (e.g NRICs or Birth Certs) to your designated Registration Centre & collect your Food Coupons. FOOD RATIONING Fill in the names and NRIC numbers of every members of your household in each Food Coupon. Use the Food Coupons to purchase rationed items from licensed retailers. WATER DISTRIBUTION (Lead Agency : PUB Water Department) When your water supply is disrupted, distribution points will be set up near your homes. Bring along your water containers. Collect water from the distribution points in an orderly manner.

BLOOD DONATION (Lead Agency : Health Sciences Authority) When you hear the appeal to donate blood, go to the nearest Blood Donation Centre. Bring your NRIC along for registration.
