2 Planning Planning across classes in a school needs to be supported by a common planning framework. Our common planning framework consists of 8 Scope and Sequence Planners – one for each year/grade/class level.

The website is designed to support a whole-school approach to planning, teaching, assessing A whole-school approach gives students the best chance of success in mathematics A whole-school approach is predicated on having a common planning framework for all teachers The Scope and Sequence Planners are an easy to use tool for enabling a common planning approach Start with a Common Planning Framework We have provided a CPF for all years/grades/classes The CPF consists of the 8 Scope and Sequence Planners (i.e. one for each level) The 8 Planners seamlessly link (sequence) the content (scope) across year/grade/class levels A Common Assessment Program A whole-school approach is supported at the website by a common assessment program A common assessment program sets common standards for all teachers and students Common assessments are provided for each topic for each of the 8 levels
