Feedback from HSG 31/08/12 RoI Harmonisation Project
CG gave an update to HSG. The physical cutover for NI to the combined solution has been moved from 8/9th September to 15/16th September which introduces a risk to the H&SP if this were to be delayed any further as it is the weekend before cutover. The project has now finished the formal Test Phase including system Integration and UAT. Gemserv has issued the formal Assurance Report to CER. IPT finished on 28th August and all Suppliers executed some level of testing and some additional tests executed over and above requirements giving a reasonable confidence for Go Live. Evidence for all Suppliers (excluding one MP) has been sent to Gemserv. Performance Testing Phase is taking place now in 3 phases: Testing RoI load which is a typical daily load approx. 80k messages onto the combined HUB. This has gone well with a good rate and is on par with existing timings. This will involve ramping up the messaging – increase to k to stress test the system and will take place early next week. Test a Base RoI load and NI load – true reflection of capability of HUB. This will be done over the next week as it needs to be done before NI Cutover. Formal Cutover Plans have now issued to both Markets which involved co-ordination between RoI, NIE and Northgate. The Project is on track but there is still a lot of technical work to complete and co-ordination between all parties. The NI Cutover dates of 15/16th are now critical. 19th September 2012
