3 Comment #2171 The MIH_Link_Configure_Thresholds is a parameterized event subscription. The additional parameter of the threshold can be merged to the "Event Configuration Info List" parameter in the MIH_Event_Subscribe primitive. Proposed Resolution 1. Add LIST(LINK_CFG_PARAM) to EVT_CFG_INFO data type as an option after the LIST(LINK_DET_CFG). 2. The event configuration response would also need to include a LIST(LINK_CFG_STATUS) (perhaps in a choice) that would allow the subscriber to know which threshold actually were recorded. 3.Remove MIH_Link_Configure_Thresholds. 4. Remove the MIH_Link_Configure_Thresholds request and response messages in clause 8 21-07-xxxx

4 Replace the sentence at sentence to p96L45:
Decision: Principle To allow MIH user to receive the MIH_Link_Parameter_Report event which corresponds to a specific threshold(s). Apply the proposed resolution 1 and 2 only. No change to MIH_Link_Configure_Thresholds primitive. It sets the threshold on the link that in turns trigger MIH_Link_Parameter_Report event to all subscribers regardless of which MIH User invokes the MIH_Link_Configure_Thresholds primitive. Replace the sentence at sentence to p96L45: “This command configures the thresholds that will trigger MIH_Link_Parameters_Report event.” to “This command configures one or more thresholds. When a given threshold is crossed, an MIH_Link_Parameters_Report notification is sent to all MIH Users which are subscriber to this threshold-crossing event.” 21-07-xxxx
