10. RESULTS ACHIEVED AND PILOT PROJECT ASSESSMENT
The analysis of the existing situation of the local public transport and of the tourism demand highlighted the following issues
inadequacy of the local transport service
lack of coordination between local transport services and regional rail services;
high environmental impact produced by own-car day trippers.
The proposal of the Pilot project aims to overcome these critical points through:
the creation of a dedicated service around Lake of Bracciano;
the improvement of rail-road intermodality;
a better information of end users
