How effective communication and coordination of actions between the regions and between the CBC and the regional capacity building bodies can be achieved?
Would it be useful if CBC and regions can have input into the strategic planning of one another?

Should inter-regional cooperation be a specific and key focus area for the CBC?
e.g. to be attended to by a CBC project / liaison group? 
In what format?
With what expected result?
With what time frame?

It will also be great if one can identify interested participants and leader(s) for any such possible CBC project / liaison group.

If this subject matter does not warrant further work by the CBC, should another INTOSAI body be encouraged to engage in the topic?
