Tony Cooley Information Security Manager and Director of IT Enterprise Risk Management Tony Cooley spent 20 years as a Computer Programmer with the Air Force. He achieved the rank of Master Sergeant and earned the titles of Husband and College Graduate. After Air Force, he joined ANPAC as a computer programmer and has been with them for 19 years. He currently holds the designations of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmaster's club, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) March Program Meeting
