Writing Workshop on Formal Outlines (due Wed) – from webquest Source Pages DUE TODAY for research paper Print out the information you saved in your research folder this past Friday…use the computer in class but print to learning lab Review what is expected for the Written Conclusion – from webquest 7th and 8th periods – make up test over Research (given in other classes last Thursday) WN: "How often did you wear it? Write about a piece of clothing that was important to you at some time in your life."

Be sure to print two copies – one to keep in research folder and one to give Mrs. Ham WN: "Who is your biggest fan? Write about that person.“ Remember the details.

WN: "When did you last feel incredibly spoiled? Write about it with details." This handout will be turned in for a grade once the movie is finished. Be sure you find at least 2 examples from the “text.” We are continuing to reinforce that literary terms are operating all around us, we only need to recognize them & appreciate word choices so that we can include similar effects in our own writing. All classes – begin The Sandlot Lesson – identify literary terms operating in the movie on the handout for recording examples found while watching the movie Type and print today in Mrs. Ham’s class (3rd hour will do so in here) Research Paper Written Conclusion DUE TODAY
