2. 2 Joint Parking Task Force Update 11 14 PROGRAM OVERVIEW Easy, free way of recycling cartridges and protecting the environment Accepts all brands of empty printer cartridges including original HP, Brother, and Lexmark, as well as used cartridges from other manufacturers Cartridges returned through the program are remanufactured into a new cartridge or recycled Rebates provided to the Business Office of each participating unit The WSU - OfficeMax ® Ink & Toner Recycling Program

3. 3 Joint Parking Task Force Update 11 14 Getting Started The WSU - OfficeMax ® Ink & Toner Recycling Program To enroll in the program, complete an online application by visiting http://www.forms.purchasing.wayne.edu/WSU_Toner_Recycling.html http://www.forms.purchasing.wayne.edu/WSU_Toner_Recycling.html Once received by the Office of Sustainability, your request will be routed to the BAO providing service to your unit for approval Upon approval, a Recycling logon and password will be sent Once a logon has been provided, visit www.MaxCartridgeRewards.com to download pre-paid shipping labels, order recycling supplies such as recycling boxes, and request pickups

4. 4 Joint Parking Task Force Update 11 14 The Recycling Process The WSU - OfficeMax ® Ink & Toner Recycling Program Logon to download pre-paid shipping labels, order recycling supplies such as recycling boxes, and request pickups Prepare items for shipment by placing in original packaging or in the free collection boxes provided For parcel shipments, simply give the box to your UPS driver or take to a UPS drop- off facility Additional boxes can be ordered to be placed conveniently throughout a business unit
