Slide Speaker Notes Slide Sorter view – this view displays all the slides in miniature for the entire presentation. This view is useful for checking the overall flow of your presentation. Notes Pages view – this lets you create speaker's or audience notes for the slides in a presentation. The notes do not appear during a slide show but can be printed to help you remember what to say as you are presenting each slide. Normal view – this view displays the slide, outline, and notes page views in a single window. Slide Show view – this displays the slides one at a time as an electronic presentation on the computer. Animation Effects Add effect First animated object Lists of animated objects Second animated object Animation Effects – Animation effects vary the way in which objects on a slide appear during the presentation and enable the bulleted items to appear one at a time. Animation effects and transition effects can also be created from the Slide Sorter toolbar. Each animation choice is numbered so you can clearly identify the order in which your effects will appear. An effect can be moved up or down within the sequence at any point in time to improve the presentation. Be sure AutoPreview is checked so you see effects as you choose them.
