Participating Members and Non-Participating Members

2 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
Those jurisdictions uploading Demographic Data, Transmittal Data, and Summary Total Data The definitions of Transmittal and Summary Transmittal Data include all information required by P1040, P1060 and A690.

3 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
What hasn’t changed? - Not much. You are still agreeing to exchange information with all other Participating Members electronically. You are still agreeing to use this information for tax administration purposes and to keep the information confidential. You are still agreeing to allow IFTA, Inc. access to the data for purposes of maintaining the Clearinghouse.

5 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to transmit all data in field formats provided by IFTA, Inc. Field formats provided in the Clearinghouse User Manual for Demographic Data, Transmittal Data, Summary Transmittal Data

6 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are allowing Non-Participating Members to have “read only” access to data Defined to include viewing and downloading of data This means you will no longer need to send paper transmittals to the Non-Participating Members that sign the Non-Participating Members Agreement.

7 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to participate in the Funds Netting Process Agreeing to abide by Funds Netting Rules established by Clearinghouse Advisory Committee and approved by the Board.

8 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are allowing IFTA, Inc. to have access to the Clearinghouse for purposes of generating funds netting settlement information and for tracking payments into the Funds Netting Accounts.

9 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are allowing IFTA, Inc. to have access to the Clearinghouse for the purpose of generating reports for use in program compliance reviews.

10 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to maintain your jurisdiction’s clearinghouse user information by utilizing the online user registration and maintenance.

11 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to an effective date of the Clearinghouse Access Agreement of December 31, 2009.

13 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
Those jurisdictions not uploading Demographic Data, Transmittal Data, and Summary Total Data to the Clearinghouse. Because there is no longer a separate Clearinghouse access fee, the Non-Participating Members will be given read-only access to the Clearinghouse.

15 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to receive Participating Members’ Demographic Data, Transmittal Data, Summary Transmittal Data and Funds Netting Totals by accessing the Clearinghouse.

16 This means you will no longer receive paper transmittals from the Participating Members It also means you will no longer be receiving license status reports from IFTA, Inc. as they will be accessible to you via the Clearinghouse.

17 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to use any data received for only tax administration and program compliance review purposes. Tax administration is defined as the administration, management, conduct, direction and supervision of the execution and application of the motor fuel use tax laws and IFTA-related statutes of the Participating Member. audit assessment, collection, enforcement, litigation, publication and statistical gathering functions under the motor fuel use tax laws and IFTA-related statutes of the Participating Member.

18 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to receive information regarding the amount due to and from the Participating Members by viewing the Funds Netting Totals on the Clearinghouse. There is a report for each jurisdiction showing actual amounts due to and from that jurisdiction.

19 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are to keep confidential any of the information you receive from the Participating Members via the Clearinghouse.

20 NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to maintain your jurisdiction’s clearinghouse user information by utilizing the online user registration and maintenance.

21 PARTICIPATING MEMBERS
You are agreeing to an effective date of the Clearinghouse Access Agreement of July 1, 2009 or upon payment of the fiscal year dues for FY09/10, whichever is later.
