5. What makes this project so special? Benefits and Rewards
We will be the first STEEM school in Washington to participate
We will engage in learning 21st century skills, including science, technology, engineering and math. 
We could build bridges with our sister school by both participating– we could get two kits and both schools could do this project and have English and Mandarin reports!

6. Possible Risks Exist
Our boat meets an unfortunate fate...and we lose the data
We have access to data from any boat participating in the program – so we may lose our own boat, but we can still learn from the data of other boats!
