2 What Is It? It is an online enrollment tool.
URL active on May 17,2019: Accessible with any device with Internet connectivity and access to a Web Browser: Desktop Laptop Tablet Smartphone (either via Web Browser or by Downloading the Mobile App from the App Stores)

3 Security The college values your information security and privacy, throughout this process our IT department diligently reviewed the information to insure its ability to protect your information. Benefitfocus utilizes a defense-in-depth model to prevent intentional or inadvertent data leakage of data which includes personal health information (“PHI”) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), credit card data as defined by PCI- DSS, and financial SEC reporting data.  Additionally, files are encrypted during uploads and while stored in the Document Center.

To engage our employees in your benefit choices so you can make educated decisions Update the benefit elections to meet the current needs of you and your family Accuracy, efficiency, document management, employee verification, and access to elections You will be able to see all elections and/or waivers in order to verify prior to submitting. Access to see what you elected and your beneficiary at anytime

6 What You Need To Know ALL Current benefits TERMINATE ON 6/30/2019
Enrollment period – The MONTH of MAY Benefitfocus open May 17, 2019 and closes May 31, 2019 Open enrollment ends May 31, 2019 – No election is a waiver of Benefits. The effective date for all Benefits – 7/1/2019

7 What The Employee Needs To Enroll In Coverage?
Full legal name of all dependents SS# for all dependents Date of birth for all dependents Eligibility verification documents For child(ren): Birth Certificates, Adoption Certificate or Placement Papers, For spouse: Tax Documents (If married more than a year), Marriage Certificate (If married less than a year) Domestic Partner: Domestic Partner Affidavit For spouse or domestic partner: Working or Non-Working Spouse Affidavit EOI – Evidence of Insurability if electing an additional 2 times supplemental life or 2 times spousal supplemental life Information for your beneficiary – Full legal name, date of birth, and SS#, Trust information, Organization information

Open Enrollment - May 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019 Platform opens - May 17, 2019 through May 31, 2019 Don’t forget – All Full-time Benefit Eligible employees must elect or waive coverage. All current benefits terminate on June 30, Benefit elections effective 7/1/2019.
