Activity can be of predetermined nature or non-predetermined nature (eg. Incidents of violence). Both types of events need to trigger action on getting recorded into the system.

Remove communication gap during election time.

On time the information has been public like Voter Turnout etc.

Centralized System to track state progress as well as neighbor stat poll progress on real time basis.
Odisha State Said that with the help of dashboard application we gave the information to media directly from dashboard.
State Officials said that it is easy to monitor complete election process and go to Report section we can directly Print/Export any types of reports.
Smoothly handle General Election to Lok Sabha -2014 .

5. Roles
Election Commissioners - Can monitor the whole monitoring system online.
Chief Electoral officer -Can monitor the whole monitoring system online & Fill the Officer Information details
District Election officer - DEO is responsible to fill the Law & Order Information and monitor the entry of their AC.
Returning Officer of AC -ROAC is responsible to fill all the details in the data entry for election monitoring application .

Capture the 2 hourly basis voter turnout (9, 11, 01, 03,05, End of Poll) .

URL To access the Application:
or go to website >> Menu >> ECI Officials & Click on Data Entry for Election Monitoring link.
Go To Application By Typing Provided URL Into Browser Window.
Provide Username & Password and Click Login. .

Here, Choose the election type. .

14. How To Select Data Entry Page
Select Options From The Menu To View Or Fill Details.
To Edit Details Click “Edit” Link Provided At The Bottom Of The Page OR at the left side of the page. .

Select the officer category from the drop down list to edit or fill details
Click “Edit” To Make Changes Or Fill Details.
Select District From List.
Fill Details.
Click on “Update” link at the left of the page to save changes .

16. Law And Order Select “Law & Order” Link From Menu.
To edit or fill details, click on “Edit” link at the bottom of the page to open form in edit mode.
Now fill or edit details & Click on “Update” link at the bottom of the page to save changes. .

To fill polling incidence, go to “Polling Incidence” link in the menu. Then following page will appear.
Select district from the list to show ACs list.
Select AC from the list.
Enter the details of the incidence.
Click “Submit” to save the polling incidence. .

To fill 2 Hourly turnout of the AC at listed time, go to “2 Hourly Turnout” in the menu. Select District, then AC From The List.
Select time from list.
Fill AC turnout at selected time. Click “Submit” button to save details.
