Prepare Auto Attendant
Step 1. Open Setup → Central Telephony → Voic Step 2. Find the number in the drop down menu defined in Open Basic Installation → Central Functions for stations → Function number for Company Auto-Attendant (Default 7410) (You can also find this in Expert Mode) Step 3. Set the Greeting mode to Day/Night Step 4. Mark Auto Attendant Step 5. Save Data Step 6. OK & Next Step 7. Find 7410 in the drop down menu Step 8. If you want to use your own voice files, you can upload Greeting 1 (day) and Greeting 2 (night), but not in this step. Step 9. OK & Next Step 10. Remove all AA VP Behaviors Step 12. OK & Next Step 13. Finish Step 14. Wait for 5 minuts Step 14. Open Setup → UC Smart → UC Smart Step 15. Find 7410, Change Password and set the desired Language Step 16. Apply Step 17. From a Desk Phone, call 71 Step 18. Enter the default voic password Step 19. Enter a new password Step 20. When you hear the prompt for Day, press 0 to record a new voice prompt, after that press 8 until you hear the prompt for night, press 0 to record a new voice prompt. Step 21. Setup Auto Attendant Step 1. Login as Expert user
Step 2. Open Expert mode → Auxiliary Equipment → SmartVM → Auto Attendant Step 3. Remove flag for Intercept announcem. Step 4. Apply Step 5. Open Expert mode → Auxiliary Equipment → SmartVM → Auto Attendant → 7410 → Edit Speed Dial/Intercept Dest. Day or Night Step 6. In dropdown menu Select, find the local number you wish for press 0-9 or Intercept Step 7. In dropdown menu Type, choose Call number or Mailbox Step 8. Apply 5/19/2019 Copyright ALSO A/S 2018

Set Day/Night Manual Step 1. Open Setup → Wizards → User Telephony → Class of service Step 2. Edit Step 3. OK & Next Step 4. OK & Next Step 5. OK & Next Step 6. Mark station that should be Authorized for night service Step 7. OK & Next Step 8. OK & Next Step 9. OK & Next Step 10. Finish Step 11. Set Day/Night Automatic

7410 Step 1. Expert mode → Telephony Server → Station → UC Applications → Company Auto-Attendant Step 2. Locate 7410 Step 3. Edit First Name, Last Name and Direct inward dialing. Step 4. Apply 5/19/2019 Copyright ALSO A/S 2018

Company Auto-Attendant
It’s possible to make servereal Company Auto-Attendant’s, you can use these for queueing, in you followed the training, you should see 7410 to 7414. A short sample for attendant and a queue 7411. Step 1. Open Expert mode → Telephony Server → Station → UC Applications → Company Auto-Attendant Step 2. Locate 7411 Step 3. Edit First Name, Last Name and Direct inward dialing Step 4. Apply Step 5. Close Expert mode → Telephony Server Step 6. Open Expert mode → Telephony Server → Incoming calls → Call Forwarding and program Call dest. List: 14 and 16 target 3 to 7411 Step 7.
