1 SFC System SFC = Structural Funds Common system
One central and common database which contains data on the financial tables as described in Vademecum Central in terms of location Common to all structural funds Web enabled application which allows consultation and manipulation of the data in the Common Database. First version of the application was only available in the National Ministry of Labour in each Member State. Second version allowed the use of the application on decentralised sites. This was necessary because a number of Member States had decentralised powers and Authorities (Germany, Belgium). Third version was necessary in order to implement the changes due to the new regulations set out by the 1994 reform of the Structural Funds.
