Should 3 rd Level Colleges be permitted to play in subsidiary Inter-County Competitions? Play the Under 21 Football Championship during the summer (similar to the Under 21 Hurling Championship). Discontinue the Minor Championship Quarter-Finals

Discontinue the Intermediate Hurling Championship Discontinue the Junior Football Championship Discontinue the Inter-Provincial Championships

Commence the Championship Qualifiers in early June. Play Tiers 2, 3 and 4 of the Senior Hurling Championship in May. Complete the All Ireland Club Championships in the calendar year.
