An Environmental Statement is a publicly available document
An Environmental Statement is a publicly available document. It sets out the developer’s own assessment of the likely environmental effects of the proposed development. For larger projects the ES is usually prepared by a consultant on behalf of the developer Local Development Plan Strategic Development Plan AQMA? LEZ?

Modelling potential impacts on air quality
Monitoring data Sensitive receptors Cumulative impacts Adequate modelling of air quality needs to be undertaken along with an understanding of other developments in the area which may have a cumulative impact
