Values & Expectations Values Expectations Respect Discipline Hard Work
To make Championship Choices - These are the hard choices that may require some sacrifices. These are choices that are above and beyond day-to-day decisions to go against what is popular and cool among peers and to focus on the path of great success.

Locker Room / Discipline
No Hazing Policy (AIA, CUSD, School Level and Program) No Bullying Doesn’t matter how small or big – Zero Tolerance Policy Locker Room Culture Knowing the athletes (relationships) Open Door Policy All athletes are issued a lock Discipline (if an athlete can’t discipline oneself then a coach must) Situational Discipline (Isolated or Team) We can all learn from an isolated incidence Example: why did Mitchel have to run for Johnny’s mistake? The answer: Mitchel may think twice now if ever put in that same position.
