Hybrid models are available in all types of vehicles.
Hybrids combine the benefits of gas engines with electric motors that operate in unison or independently.

4. The engine is controlled by an automatic system that shuts off the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop and restarts the engine when the accelerator is pressed.

5. Maximize Fuel Efficiency
By keeping periodic track of your gas mileage and comparing your data, you will know if you’re getting the most miles per gallon or if your car needs servicing.

6. Control Speed
For most cars, the maximum fuel efficiency is between 40 and 60 mph.
If you drive at 70 mph, you will get 2–4 fewer miles per gallon.
Jackrabbit stops and starts will increase the need for fuel and cause excessive wear on your brakes.
