CSR’s are provided (on a daily basis) the latest Hot jobs from WorkinTexas.com and upcoming job fair information. This information is announced every hour throughout the day in the resource room area and in the Job Readiness Class 2 of 20

4 Presentations at Schools and Colleges
BSR’s schedule visits with Schools and Colleges to provide students information on creating their profiles in WorkinTexas.com Students are also provided informational flyers to help them understand the job seeker registration process in WIT 4 of 20

6 BSR Daily Schedule to help with JP Maintenance
BSR’s plan their day to efficiently manage workload and duties. Early morning review of job postings needing attention (i.e. closed pending, max contacts, follow up calls, review and new jp’s that have come into the system overnight, etc.) 6 of 20

7 Quarterly Checks for Tax Acct Info
BSR’s review an extract of employer profiles, which include Tax Account numbers/ Employer ID numbers, and ensure that employer accounts are updated. This is done on a quarterly and or case by case basis as needed to insure maximum results 7 of 20

8 Bi-Weekly employer follow up
This process involves mandatory communication with employers on a bi-weekly basis, as it relates to the creation date of all job postings assigned to each BSR. Communication should create and establish stronger relationship with employers regardless of the outcome 8 of 20

BSR’s target employers with multiple openings and organize hiring events utilizing local centers or resources that will result in a greater number of job seekers being employed. This strategy will strengthen and expand the local economy 9 of 20

To expand our efforts we utilize new and fashionable Social Media resources, which includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Periscope and other various recruitment tools. The success of hiring events depends solely upon the exposure given to these events. Consistent use and discovery of communication technology will yield positive outcomes 14 of 20
