DG Regio published 2 volumes of publications: ‘Key Indicators on living conditions in European Cities
A web-based presentation of the Urban Audit results was prepared

4. Dissemination – Past & Future
Free dissemination policy Eurostat adopted in 2004
The website contract expires in 2007
No major update of the Web Portrait of the Regions is currently planned
In 2006, Eurostat developed a prototype website, which includes dynamic maps featuring statistical information at national level
It is planned to develop the prototype further and to include regional-level maps

organise a "Workshop on Disseminating Regional and Urban Statistics“ in order to collect and discuss new ideas (content and form)
draft a concept outline
write a call for tender to create the website
select a contractor
monitor the contract work
