High School Intervention Coordinator Vision Statement
Intervention Coordinators utilize a multi-tiered system of supports to ensure all students, regardless of labels or subgroups, receive the right interventions at the right time in order to successfully progress towards graduation. Intervention Coordinators coordinate a multi-disciplinary professional learning team that uses a problem-solving process to implement school wide academic interventions and behavioral interventions. Intervention team member’s case manage students not meeting academic or behavior benchmarks.
