Workplace Learning Concept (WLC) scale measures the learning opportunities available
Workplace Learning Activity (WLA) scale measures the amount of learning the professional has taken
SRL or Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) scales measure how well the professional is able to regulate their learning;
The SRL scales correlates to three phases of self-regulated learning:
Forethought
Performance
Self-Reflection
