2. DVVC Mission
To unite military and veteran service organizations and advocates who share common goals to build programmatic capacity and increase services to clients under the umbrella of regional collaboration.

3. DVVC History Formed in 2013 as Red Cross Consortium
Became DVVC in mid-2015
Elections held, by-laws written in late 2015
2016: increase membership (~90 organizations)
2017: develop Mission, Vision, Goals
2018: create committees to conduct bulk of DVVC work (Programming, Membership, Tech, Marketing)
