Are all Regions squared away w/Liaisons, to help members/answer questions? Will you have an organized drive to Parade on Sunday (get there for the Welcome Party)? Region Discussions Keeping dedicated Volunteers/showing appreciation
5/17/2019 Region Discussions Keeping dedicated Volunteers/showing appreciation What types of incentives are there? Do you have a Volunteer Appreciation Party? Do you have Committees / enough Volunteers to prevent burn out? Making sure new members feel welcomed At large socials, do you have a dedicated “Welcome Committee” to make sure new members have contact with someone, know what to expect, get answers, etc.? At all events, do you try to look around and see who may be new? Do you have a New Members Party? (Subsidy for it!) Managing large geographical areas What works? What hasn’t, despite really trying! You can’t make everyone happy, but … is it easier with Area Chairs? Porsche Club of America
