2. Dish Washing
At start of lab, fill one side of sink with HOT SOAPY water
Set drain mat and rack on counter next to empty sink.
Get 2 wash cloths, 4 towels
Wash, rinse with HOT WATER in empty sink, place in rack.

3. Dish Washing
Wash as you cook! When you sit down to eat cooking equipment should be cleaned.
Leave all items out on counter for inspection.
Drain and, rinse sink.
Wipe with towels ALL surfaces

4. Dish Washing Store bottles in bucket under sink.
Neatly stack mat and rack under sink.
Call teacher over for kitchen inspection.
After inspection, return all items to its labeled location. Nest measuring cups, spoons.
Leave all drawers open for final inspection.
