How can we get them into an environment where learning can take place? 1)Start every practice with a Fundo Circuit. 2)What are 4 things we must do to be successful? 1)Tackle 2)Block (Sled, 1 vs 1) 3)Agilities 4)Ball Security We start every practice with a 20 minute high tempo circuit. Our coaches will Praise each kid during his 5 minute duration. Great Job! Etc….

Why are coaches important TODAY!! In my opinion: 45% of our boys do not have a father figure in their house! 70% of our boys come from a divorce home. 95% of our boys come from a home where mom and dad work! 1995 2006 15 minutes of quality time spent with out families. ONLY 30% of families are teaching our kids Work Ethic Work Ethic Accountability Accountability Responsibility Responsibility Shake with right hand – Look a person in the eyes Shake with right hand – Look a person in the eyes 85% success is based on Attitude 85% success is based on Attitude Where do the rest of the 70% learn it?
