Interoperable, intersectoral standards, that help: Create information links between different national government agencies as well as between public and private sectors Converge multiple existing national standards around a standard that is both SME & big organization “friendly” Preserve existing and future investments in data Advance the work on e-invoicing

Related solutions and tools that meet the needs of stakeholders: Government policy makers Government agencies that use the standards Businesses that use the standards Businesses that sell services based on the standards Intermediary organizations such as AIAG, GS1, SWIFT, other trade and industry associations

An organization that has: Transparent, understandable processes that generate standards in a timely way Well-defined relationships with other standards development organizations (SDOs) Procedures for receiving external input Cross sectoral coordination and harmonization

Implementation assistance through: Implementation guidelines & models Publication of best practice & especially best practice in government Better access to CEFACT products (improved organization of current web access, development of repository) Taking into account multiple implementation languages
