1 Employee Spotlight Each week the Customer Care Center receives multiple requests for support and help. Many times customers send their appreciation to the leadership team by way of positive surveys and comments. On June 26, 2018 two customers took an extra step and visited Jennifer Miller’s office to share their appreciation of Luis Velez. MaryAnn Lullo and Laura Rajabi visited with Jennifer and shared their appreciation for Luis’s willingness to help in their time of need. In fact, several people had told the pair that there would be nothing our team could do to help them with their need to access the Employee Access Center. However, they had experienced successful help previously and wanted to check. They visited the Customer Care Center and Luis began assisting them immediately. Within a few minutes, Luis was able to provide them the help and support they needed. Thank you Luis for making a difference! We appreciate all that you do to help and assist the customers working at the ISC buildings and those that visit the Customer Care Center.
